HR ADMIN INTERN

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Admin Intern (Full-time)

Responsibilities:
• Support company’s leadership and handle administrative duties
• Handle basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails, phone calls and data entry Prepare documents, presentation materials and facilities for meetings
• Enter and update the company, employee and client records
• Order, store and distribute office supplies
• Maintain, repair or replace the office equipment
• Direct, review and optimize office operations to increase accuracy, productivity and efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:
• Indonesian citizen
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to juggle multiple calendars
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Critical-thinking skills
• Excellent multi-tasking skills Willing to learn attitude
• Degree in HR, Admin or relevant field Ability to drive a motorcycle and owns a laptop
