Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) is hiring Internship for Talent Management to join our HR Team for 6 months with details below:
Responsibilities:
- Support day to day talent management activity (manage talent data and reporting)
- Support the preparation and implementation of talent development program (ie. Coffee Morning, Mentoring, Lead with Purpose, Leadership Odyssey)
- Create planning for talent program mentoring and evaluation
- Support the project in Talent Management & PRUUniversity team
- Prepare presentations per 6 months
Requirements:
- Wiling to WFO (3x a week) in Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan
- Able to join 6 months
- People Oriented person who love to socialize with others
- Student or fresh graduate from university (preferable from Psychology)
- Possess excellent written communication skills and can write engaging copy combining creativity and flair with business objectives
- Advance in excel
- Have the ability to work quickly with attention to detail and deadlines
